Group Fitness

Your Y membership is more than just access to a health club. It’s a combination of people and programs that keep members engaged and motivated to achieve their wellness goals.  Group Fitness is just one of the ways to reach your goals, make friends and gain strength. The Aberdeen Family YMCA offers more than 70 classes a week that are included in your membership. There are also specialty fitness classes! Land Classes 

Levels are suggested only, classes are open to any fitness level.  Modifications are always an option by the member or with the guidance of a Group Fitness Instructor

Pickleball Schedule

 Non-Member fee available
Come enjoy a pick-up game with your friends or meet new ones. Pickleball combines elements of tennis, table tennis & badminton.   Some of the benefits of Pickleball include burning calories, improving balance, better agility, make new friends and boost your mood!
