This two hour Intro workshop will provide you with the science behind MELT as well as introduce you to the hand and foot treatment as well as some of the foam roller moves. You will receive handouts and leave the workshop feeling great. All supplies are provided to use during class and are available after class.

MELT Performance Intro Workshop
Whether you are a fitness enthusiast, an athlete in training, or even recovering from a sports-related injury, MELT Performance is a missing piece that will transform your workouts. Learn techniques to use before a workout to improve athletic performance and increase range of motion, core strength, and joint stability. After a workout,
discover how you can reduce post-exercise recovery time, as well as the aches and stiffness brought on by the repetitive patterns and impact of activity. MELT Performance is also for anyone with joint instability or chronic pain as well as people who’ve been MELTing who want to take their self-care practice to the next level.

Are you looking for a class to increase your flexibility and strength? In this blended MELT and reformer pilates class you will learn lengthening and stretching moves while incorporating the MELT method. Each class will include 45 minutes of pilates work with 30 minutes of MELT, you will work on stabilizing your body, restoring the connective tissue and enhancing your well-being. Space is limited. Open to all levels with no prior experience necessary. The class is located in the Meditative Studio.

TRX Sports Conditioning is a training tool that lets you use your body as a machine. Stay conditioned over the summer, between sports, or use it as your weekly workout. The program is for grades 6-12.

This is a very advanced class for athletes that are in excellent physical shape. The cardio is very intense & the core exercises are very demanding. The workout is a combination of strength, high intensity cardio, core exercises and endurance. You will not use any weight other than your own body weight. You will explore your limits in this workout!!

Yolates is a fusion class that combines Hatha yoga and Pilates done on the reformer.

Lean and Mean in 2018 Bootcamp
This class will help you build strength and fitness through a variety of intense interval training. There will be a combination of cardio, muscle endurance, and core to ensure you will burn maximum calories in a short time.
