Group Fitness

Your Y membership is more than just access to a health club. It’s a combination of people and programs that keep members engaged and motivated to achieve their wellness goals.  Group Fitness is just one of the ways to reach your goals, make friends and gain strength. The Aberdeen Family YMCA offers more than 70 classes a week that are included in your membership. There are also specialty fitness classes!
