Youth Development Center (YDC): The YMCA Youth Development Center cares for children in the Aberdeen community in a variety of ways through our licensed childcare facility located just across the street from the main YMCA. Joining our YDC team you have the opportunity to work with children of all ages. Our facility is divided into three age categories. Choose what ages are best for you ranging from Infant and Toddlers, to Pre-School and Pre-Kindergarten, or our School Age program.
We offer part time hours for many positions with opportunities for flexibility to work with your school or other schedules. All employees receive a YMCA single membership (for part-time) and a family membership (for full time). We encourage our staff to be “members” of our YMCA community by taking advantage of all the Y has to offer!
