The Wellness Center is encircled by a 13 lap/mile “Pulastic” track, with ten 47” television screens strategically located for your viewing pleasure. We offer MyE system which allows our members to tune in to their favorite shows during their workouts!

We offer a wide array of Precor, Magnum, Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and Nautilus selectorized strength pieces.

Don’t miss out on our assortment of cardio machines including: Elliptical Cross-Trainers, Cybex ARC Trainers, Stair Master Steppers, NU Steppers, Recumbent Bikes, as well as the legendary Life Cycle and Airdyne bikes!

Weight Room Equipment

Our weight room is equipped with the largest variety of strength equipment around!

We offer:

Wellness Center23 Olympic-style flat benches, 1 Olympic-style incline bench, as well as a variety of free moving flat, decline, and multi-purpose benches

Rubber coated dumbbells ranging from 5 to 120 pounds!

4 Power Racks equipped with barbells and chin-up bars, 2 Life Fitness Smith Machine’s, 2 Cybex plate-loaded leg presses, and an 8-station Life Fitness cable jungle

Our specialized strength equipment is as follows:

Pairs of kettlebells up to 20 pounds and singles up to 70

Medicine balls weighing 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 20 pounds

3 sandbags upwards of 160 pounds (checkout only)

Loadable sledgehammer with a 70lb ballistic rubber block (checkout only)

Power Bands (checkout only)

Roguefitness Dog Sled (checkout only)

Set of Roguefitness bumper plates (10, 25, and 45 pounds)

Our Wellness Center is supervised by trained staff so there is always someone to spot or assist members.
