Sports, fun and discovering new hobbies aren’t just for the kids. Improving your health might be the goal but, when teamwork is involved, there’s the added benefit of being connected. With something to offer for everyone, there’s no such thing as being too old to get in the game.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12:00-1:30 p.m. is set aside for Adult Noon Basketball. This fitness filled activity is for the young-at-heart, and new challenges are welcome.

Challenge yourself with the Aberdeen Family YMCA Indoor Triathlon on April 14, 2018! This event is open to everyone ages 9 years and older.
Participants may race as an individual or as a team!

This swimming group consists of adult swimmers (HS age and older) who swim together for training, fitness, and fun. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m. The first 15 minutes consists of warming up on your own. The final 45 minutes is a coach directed workout. Each daily workout varies and may consist of swim sets, longer swims, kicking in various ways, drills, and occasional technique work for those who are interested. Participants must be able to swim one length of the pool freestyle (American crawl). This program has varying abilities and modifications are provided for varying ability levels. This program is held on Tuesday & Thursdays from 8:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. and Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. and is open to all members who would like to participate.
Enjoy a pick-up game with your friends or meet new ones. Pickleball combines elements of tennis, table tennis & badminton. Pickleball does not require a registration and all levels are welcome to play. Pickup Games are played Monday– Friday.

Eight week leagues begin October 8, 2017. Leagues are open to men and women, and are based on skill level. Matches are weekly and are scheduled between you and your opponent.
