The Aberdeen Family Y provides a variety of options for members to participate in group activities and classes. These classes are available with your membership at no additional cost!


GROUP FITNESS: SPECIALTY CLASSES

There may be a minimal charge for these classes. These are classes that have a start and stop date and require a registration.

There may be a minimal charge for these events and registration may be required.

BODY-LOVE YOGA

Too often we have a love-hate relationship with our body, feeling dissatisfaction, anxiety, or judgment about our size, shape, or physical appearance. Through a blend of ritual, yoga and meditation this class will help you: connect to your body and its story, strengthen wellness and lifestyle habits through body-positivity, give you a fresh perspective on the body, and your relationship to it.
