Meet Logan Grossinger!

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and Fitness, Master of Science in Education (Sports Performance and Leadership), both with an emphasis in strength training.

Experience: Northern State University football player, student internships at Avera Human Performance Center and YMCA Rails Strength and Fitness.

Specialties: Strength and conditioning training, sport specific training, injury prevention and return from injury technique training.

Meet Peyton Price!

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and Fitness with an emphasis is strength training.

Experience: Personal Training at the YMCA since May 2022.

Specialties: Return to play from injury, strength training, body fat reduction and sport specific training.

Meet Jussy Smith!

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and Fitness with emphasis in strength training, NETA Certified Personal Trainer, LesMills Certified, GRIT Coach, NETA Strong and Sculpted Certified Trainer.

Experience:  Personal Training at the YMCA since 2014.

Specialties:  HIIT, low impact, muscle gain and weight loss.

Qualifications: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified in Adult Weight Management, NETA Certified Personal Trainer, NETA Certified in Maximum Interval Training.

Experience: Nutritional Education and Personal Training at the YMCA since 2012.

Specialties: Women’s Fitness, HIIT.

 
Emily Newton

Meet Kristina Kessler!

Qualifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Fitness Nutritionist.

Experience: Personal Trainer at the YMCA since 2015, CrossFit Coach L1 since 2018.

Specialties:  Prenatal and Postpartum training, pelvic floor and abdominal (Diastasis Recti), Injury prevention and recovery (as prescribed by PT or Dr.), general or sport specific strength training.

Qualifications: NETA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Weight Loss Management Specialist, Certified in Fitness Running Training.

Experience: Personal Training at the YMCA since 2017, competitive running since 2009.

Qualifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Behavior Change Specialist.

Experience: Sports performance experience, Sport injury/recovery experience, YMCA member and fitness class participant for 10+ years.
