Senior Shape Up Class:
You can expect improved strength, stimulated bone growth, improved posture, decreased body fat and improved balance & mobility. In addition to all that you can expect from Senior Shape Up, you'll also get great ,music and a lot of fun.
Participants will use Nautilus equipment, hand weights, chairs and will occasionally walk on the running track.

Senior Shape Up Day's & Times:
Monday & Friday 10:00 - 10:45 am
No registration necessary
Instructor: Carol Loeschke
Coffee will be served after each class

Young At Heart:
This class offers gentle stretching and exercise for rehabilitation in the water.  Great for those of you with arthritis.  You do need a doctor's recommendation for this class.
