- The Wellness Center is surrounded by a 13 lap/mile soft “Pulastic” track
- 9-47 inch flat monitor video screens are available for your viewing pleasure to help pass time during your cardio workouts. (Personal headsets are required to listen to the TV’s).
- Magnum, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength and Nautilus selectorized strength pieces
- Treadmills
All treadmills feature personal T.V's, 2 having decline capabilities.

Our YMCA strength training area is supervised by our trained staff at all times so there is always someone to spot or assist members. Currently there are 6545 pounds available for your lifting pleasure.
Wellness Center Orientation
Orientations are encouraged for every member and consist of getting started on the MobileFit system. Our trained staff will help you get signed up on MobileFit, answer any questions you might have and take you through your workout. To schedule an orientation with a Personal Trainer, please stop by Member Services, the Wellness Desk at the top of the stairs, or email Jeannie Nold.

What to expect at your first orientation:
- The Personal Trainer will get you signed up on MobileFit and show you how to use the system and will get you acquainted with the area.
- You will be introduced to the cardio and strength equipment and taken through your first workout.
- Additional orientations will be scheduled with the Personal Trainer.
