The YMCA has dedicated an enclosed space for a "gym within a gym" to accommodate beginners, youth, senior fitness and other specialized programs.
If you’re limited on time or looking to change up your workout, give Circuit Express a try for a complete workout in just 30 minutes. The class is held on Mondays @ 9:10am and Wednesdays @ 12:10pm in the Specialty Center and will take you through a full body strength workout alternating with cardiovascular segments. Orientations are available before the class starts to familiarize yourself with the machines. All fitness levels are welcome.
We offer a 12 week program to beginners or members who are not initially comfortable in the hustle and bustle of the Wellness Center. Participants will move through this program at a slower rate with closer personal attention and a quieter atmosphere as they prepare to move to the main exercise area. (Members must sign up for this program).
SPECIALTY CENTER YOUTH HOURS (during school year)
Monday - Friday, 3:00-5:00pm
Adults may use the Specialty Center during youth hours.
AGES 13+ May use the Specialty Center and Wellness Center without any restrictions.
AGES 9-12

Must schedule an ORIENTATION prior to using the Specialty Center and track.
- MAY USE the Specialty Center and track DURING YOUTH HOURS.
- During non-youth hours a parent MUST be in the building and an orientation must be completed prior to using the Specialty Center.
