We are proud of the dedication so many participants put forth in the 2010 Wellness Challenge! Participants spent ten weeks following a specific exercise program, charting food, following healthy habits, attending challenge activities, & weighing in.

- Weekly Wellness Challenge Activities
- FINALE on December 11th at the YMCA. Run/walk a 5K, Bike 10-miles or Swim ½ mile! Pep Rally & Victory Party to start and finish the event!
