Group X Class Schedule
Boxing:
This is your chance to train like a boxer for five weeks. You use boxing technique, shadow boxing, heavy and speed bags, rope skipping, athletic and core conditioning.
Session Dates: March 9th - April 8th
Registration: Begins February 22nd
Days & Times: Tuesday & Thursdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm

Core Boxing

Registration Opens:
Limited to 25 participants
A boxing class without all the athletic conditioning. This class will focus on learning boxing combinations - jabs, hooks, upper cuts etc.. along with lower body exercises and core conditioning. A lower impact version with the same amount of sweat and fun. All fitness levels welcome!
