PRESERVING THE HERITAGE OF THE YMCA FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS
The Heritage Club has its own
Coat of Arms asa symbol of faith in the YMCA’s future. It stands for the
enlightened concern of people who have felt and seen the impact of the YMCA.
Heritage Club members are a special group of people who believe in the purpose
and traditions of the YMCA and want to ensure this heritage of values is
continued for future generations.
What is the YMCA Heritage Club? The Heritage Club is an extension of the YMCA Foundation and is made up of men
and women who have chosen to honor the YMCA in their future financial plans, who
want to ensure this rich YMCA heritage continues for future generations.
How do I qualify for the Heritage
Club? By making plans
now to include the Aberdeen Family YMCA in your long-range estate plans. The
most common ways to accomplish this are:
An outright gift to the Aberdeen
Family YMCA endowment fund of money, securities, property or other marketable
assets.
Creation of a charitable remainder, annuity trust, lead
trust, foundation, pooled income fund gift, charitable gift annuity or life
estate.
Naming the Aberdeen
Family YMCA as the eventual recipient of life insurance, your retirement plan
benefits, or individual retirement accounts.
