TAE KWON DO
Tae kwon do will assist in gaining flexibility,
strength & skill while incorporating discipline and control.
Students will learn martial arts techniques as well as self- defense
maneuvers. Class is appropriate for those in Kindergarten or
older, regardless of skill
or aerobic ability.
Instructor: LeRoy Lout
Background:
- 2nd degree Black belt in ATA taekwondo,
- 2 time National Champion (sparring)
- 2 - regional championships, both sparring
- 2 - 2nd place regional championships
- 1 - forms, 1 - sparring

Youth Taekwondo -7:00 - 7:45 PM
Adult Taekwondo - 7:45-8:30 PM

Adults Sports Programs
Below are the activities
available to Adults at your Aberdeen Family YMCA in the gym and is
open to all members.
Racquetball
Leagues and Lessons
Adult leagues and lessons are being planned for adults. Players
may also just enjoy a friendly match whenever courts are free.
Indoor Track
Our indoor track is
perfect for both walkers and runners. Open all day to ages 14 and
older. 13 laps = 1 mile.
Climbing Wall
The YMCA features a "new" 25 ft. climbing wall. This wall has
automatic belays and is able to host 4 climbers at one time. The
wall will be designed to have challenging routes for all climbing
abilities.
Open Volleyball
This program is held on Tuesday & Thursdays from 8:30 - 10:00 am
in the gym
at the YMCA and is open to all
members who would like to participate.
Adult Noon Ball
Monday - Friday from
11:30 am - 1:30 pm is set aside for Adult Noon Basketball. This
fitness filled activity is for the young-at-heart, and new
challenges are welcome.
Racquetball Courts are available for member use during all
hours of operation, call to reserve a court.
